DELIVERY

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
All of our products are delivered by Royal Mail 1st class or Parcel Force.

Stock permitting we aim to deliver your goods to you within 3 working days, however please allow 28 days for delivery. If items you have ordered are currently out of stock, we will order them for you immediately and aim to deliver them to you as soon as possible.

When we dispatch your order we will send you a confirmation email to let you know.

Delivery prices are determined by weight of the products plus the postage and packaging weight and costs.

OUTSIDE UK MAINLAND
The following areas will incur extra delivery charges.

Inverness, Isle of Arran, Isle of Canna, Isle of Coll, Isle of Colonsay, Isle of Cumbrae, Isle of Eigg, Isle of Jura, Isle of Rhum, Isle of Skye, Orkney, Paisley, Perth, Shetland Isles, Western Isles, Wick and Thurso & Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey)

RETURNS
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. If you should however need to return items we aim to help you swiftly and politely.

If you are unhappy with your purchase.
You can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days of receipt.

Please ensure packaging is secure as it may not be possible to refund or replace an item damaged during return transit.

Please include a note stating reasons for return. We will refund the cost of the item but not the postage

If the item is defective.
Please return the item with any original packaging and include a note stating damage or defect. We will refund the cost of the item original postage and return postage.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights
